For me to really get in shape, I have to do the daily reps.
For me that means doing an impossible number of steps.
Step, step getting tired, must step out another ten
Walk, walk, don’t run, back and forth, now do it again.
And when I check all the stats on my Fitbit
My well being fitness ego takes another hit.
Take your Tylenol. hit the gym and don’t complain.
Muscles hurt, knees ache, smile and ignore the pain
Set your goals and don’t you ever compromise.
It’s time to get out of the house and exercise.
Before the dreams of getting in shape go up in thin air.
Time has come for me to leave the comfort of this chair.
