I write poems about events that I see. I write for people that touch me. Some are funny and some are sad. I have no idea if I follow grammar rules. Spelling has always been a challenge for me. I have no idea it there is a true poetic format to follow.
There are good times to celebrate and sad times to commemorate. I post when I believe that I have something worthy to contribute. My ego always enjoys receiving comments. There are 80 plus poems that those new to this blog can page down and read.
I have published 2 books of poems for donations to Stephen’s fund at Congregation Or Shalom. Many of you have contributed for the books and Susan and I always appreciate those donations. There is a third book, The Volunteering Handbook which is available on Amazon. This combines poems, leaderships thoughts and some volunteer resources.
As we approach the midway point in 2016, celebrate July 4, and may there be more good times in your daily life.
